All meetings will be held in Carnation Hall, Chavey Down Road, Winkfield Row RG42 7PA

1. All meetings are held on TUESDAYS (unless otherwise indicated).
2. The first meeting on any evening commences at 7.30pm unless indicated otherwise. When a second meeting is held on the same evening it commences at 7.45pm or immediately following the previous meeting.
3. Agendas and Minutes of meetings can be obtained from the Parish Office.
4. Prior to the commencement of any meeting a time not exceeding 10 minutes is available to the public to address the Members of the Council on any matter relevant and within the Council's responsibility or which affects its area.
