Winkfield Parish Council is very proud to continue to organise various events bringing the community together. Any suggestions for additional events are invited and should be made to the Parish Office. DAWN CHORUS EVENT International Dawn Chorus Day, on 3rd May 2010, is the worldwide celebration of Nature's Daily Miracle. As part of this event, the Parish is organising a meeting in Lily Hill Park on Sunday 2nd May at 4am, to greet the Dawn Chorus. This will be followed at 6am by a full English Breakfast at Carnation Hall. Booking is essential for this event. Please ring the Parish Office on 01344 885110, to book a place. There will be a small charge of £3. |
